Privacy Policy

Kawai Hiromu (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") establishes the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the application "Poker Bankroll Manager" (hereinafter referred to as "the App").


1. Information We Collect

The App may collect the following information.

(1) Information Entered by Users

This information is, in principle, stored on the user's device.


(2) AI Analysis Feature

When the user enables the AI Coach feature, the following data is sent to Anthropic, PBC ("Anthropic") via the Operator's server for bankroll management analysis using the Claude API:

This data is transmitted only after the user explicitly consents to AI data sharing within the App. Users can revoke consent at any time in Settings, which immediately stops further data transmission.

Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their Usage Policy and does not use API inputs to train their models.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes.

The Operator will not provide user information to third parties, except as required by law.

However, information may be shared with the external service providers listed above to the extent necessary for providing their services.

Additionally, when the AI Coach feature is enabled, session and transaction data is shared with:

4. Data Storage

Data entered by users is, in principle, stored on the user's device.

When the AI Coach feature is enabled, session data is temporarily transmitted to the Operator's Cloudflare Workers backend and forwarded to Anthropic's API for analysis. Data is processed in memory and is not permanently stored on the Operator's servers.


5. Minors

Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before using the App.


6. Security Measures

The Operator implements reasonable security measures to prevent information leaks.


7. User Rights

Users can restrict ad tracking or delete data through their device settings.


8. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be changed as necessary. Changes take effect upon publication within the App or on related pages.
